  • Step 2: COMPLETE Our Online Cognitive Assessment to get a baseline picture of how your brain is performing as we get started.
  • Step 3: TOGETHER we design your Custom Treatment Plan based on YOUR GOALS and COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT.

    We will create a 90-day custom treatment plan utilizing our CalmWaves cutting-edge brain technology, some life-style improvements, and some at home brain exercises.

  • Direct Neurofeedback System: An advanced technology to help repair and optimize the central nervous system. Great for ADHD, stress, PTSD, post-concussions, and head trauma.

The initial session costs $150, which includes the cognitive assessment feedback and the first direct neurofeedback session.

02. How long does a session take?

Sessions typically last 30-45 minutes.

03. How many sessions are needed?

The number of sessions required depends on your goals and the severity of your condition, but on average, it ranges between 12 and 20 sessions.

04. What is the difference between Direct Neurofeedback and EMDR?

Unlike EMDR, in Direct Neurofeedback, clients do not need to discuss their trauma to experience improvement. Direct Neurofeedback targets the brain areas affected by trauma without requiring clients to relive past experiences.
